ItemPrism provides search, comparison, condition normalization, price context, and referral links. ItemPrism is not the seller of the listed products and is not a party to transactions completed on a merchant's website.

Prices, shipping, taxes, availability, condition, warranty, return eligibility, seller information, and delivery estimates can change between checks. Always verify the final terms on the merchant's website before purchasing. A lower displayed price does not guarantee the lowest available price or a particular level of quality.

You may use ItemPrism for lawful personal or business shopping research. You may not interfere with the service, submit deceptive alerts, scrape or resell protected data without permission, bypass security controls, or use the platform to facilitate unlawful or abusive activity.

Orders, payment, fulfillment, customer service, returns, warranties, recalls, and disputes are handled by the merchant under its own terms. ItemPrism does not control and is not responsible for a merchant's website, inventory, representations, or performance.

ItemPrism is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, a particular saving, merchant approval, or successful delivery of an alert. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, ItemPrism is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a third-party transaction. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid directly to ItemPrism for the affected service during the previous twelve months.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@itemprism.com.
